How it works
From first click to first visit
Most new patients are seen within 7 days.
No referrals, no waiting rooms, no phone tag. You book online, complete your intake from your phone, and meet a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner on a private video visit — usually within a week of signing up.

Care that meets you where you are
What we can help with
Mood & anxiety
Feeling low, on edge, or wide awake at 3 a.m. is exhausting — and treatable. We look at the whole picture: mood, worry, sleep, and energy.
Screenings scored instantly
PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results are scored the moment you submit them, so your provider starts your first visit already informed.
Depression
Generalized anxiety
Panic
Insomnia

Good to know
Questions people ask before their first visit
- Do you prescribe medication?
- Yes. Our board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners can evaluate, prescribe, and manage medication when it is the right fit — always as part of a plan you build together, never as the only option.
- Do you take insurance?
- We are self-pay today, with clear pricing and no surprise bills. After each visit we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Direct insurance support is coming.
- What states do you serve?
- Our providers are licensed at the state level, so availability depends on where you live. You will see the current list of states when you book — and we are steadily adding more.
- Is this for emergencies?
- No. We provide scheduled outpatient care and are not monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away.
